Sole Source and Brand Name Determination in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and (ii). Firm fixed price Purchase Order in the amount of $39,681.32. Only the extreme cold weather apparel provided by Crye can meet the negative temperatures (-18 degrees) experienced by US Border Patrol agents, Houlton Maine Sector. The OEM manucturer can rapidly produce and ship this critically needed clothing.
