1. Notice of Strategy The Department of Commerce (DOC) is providing this notice to inform industry of its procurement strategy for the Cloud Vehicle Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This 10-year vehicle, with an estimated value of $4.105 Billion, is designed to provide native hyperscale cloud services across the Department. 2.
