Description
Comprehensive Education Services: The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, services, administration, furniture*, supplies, equipment, and transportation to present a comprehensive educational program that meets or exceeds those schools ranked as highly performing as provided by the Delaware Department of Education School Report Card. Education services shall include both special education services for students with an individualized education program (IEP) and appropriate services for students who accelerated, exceptional, gifted, and twice gifted.
