Pre-Solicitation Synopsis: Oil Well Plugging at BISO. (See SAM.GOV Notice ID DOIPFBO260024 for the associated Sources Sought Announcement) IAW FAR 5.203(a), the National Park Service hereby posts this synopsis to be active for a period of 15 days. This is a Pre-Solicitation Synopsis; no response to this Notice is re-quired. The National Park Service intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Oil Well Plugging at Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area (BISO). Work consists of plugging and reclaiming 16 wells and the re-entry and re-plugging of one (1) well. SOLICITATION NUMBER: To Be Determined. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000.000.00.
