The space cannot be in or attached to a retail mall, shopping center or building containing residential housing. 2. The building cannot be located within .20 miles of a gun store, pawn shop, adult entertainment establishment, liquor store, marijuana/cannabis distributor, methadone clinic, mortuaries, funeral home, crematories or other death care facility. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the one 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year floodplain).
