Description
To solicit and award a new non-personal services contract to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for grounds maintenance services at: NM009: Joseph I Gonzales ARC, 43A Bataan Blvd Santa Fe, NM 87508-469 and NM017:Las Cruces ARC, 385 Rea Blvd. Las Cruces, NM 88007-9013. In accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
