Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary to manage and perform Grounds Services for the 88th Readiness Division at Facility CO128 located at 13137 E. 23rd Ave., Aurora, CO 80045-7417, IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a period of performance of 01 April 2026 - 31 March 2027 base period with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend.
