STATEMENT OF WORK 1. TITLE: Boiler Plant Instrumentation Calibration, Combustion and Tune, Device Testing and Motor Vibration Analysis services to support the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. 2. OVERVIEW: The contractor shall provide boiler safety device testing, tuning, inspection, calibration of boiler plant equipment, burners, controls, instruments at the frequency described on the schedule below. 3. DEFINITIONS: a. CO Contracting Officer b. VA Department of Veterans Affairs c. VAHCS St. Cloud VA Health Care System d. VATR Veterans Affairs Technical Representative e.
