Description
This solicitation notice is to comply with the requirements of FAR 5.102(b)(1). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible sources may submit a quote. Quotes received after 3:00 pm ET, on November 2, 2018 will NOT be considered by the Government. A determination whether to further compete this requirement based upon responses received, is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
