This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80JSC026Q0006 for pilot chamber testing facilities capable of performing hypobaric Decompression Sickness (DCS) studies.
