Description
AFLCMC/C3IBK hereby awards on a sole source basis, an indefinite Quantity - Indefinite Delivery type contract for the sustainment and modernization of the Integrated Broadcast Service Enterprise Service (IBS-ES) program to include the United States Government and Collaborating Nations (CNs) as directed by the IBS Program Office.
