A competitive cost reimbursement, level of effort (term) type contract was awarded, for the period of performance of March 15, 2026 through December 14, 2026 (Base Period), and a total period of performance (including Base Period and all Options) of March 15, 2026 through December 14, 2030. Upon analysis of the type of work and all associated costs involved, a fixed-price type contract was not feasible due to the absence of precise specifications and difficulties in estimating costs with accuracy.
