INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY COMMERCIAL ITEMS MULTIPLE AWARD SERVICE CONTRACT (MASC) FOR MULTIFUNCTION SERVICES AT VARIOUS GOVERNMENT INSTALLATIONS

NAVFAC Southwest issued a Firm Fixed Price contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 16.505(b)(2)(i)(A), services is so urgent that providing a fair opportunity will result in unacceptable delays. Award was to Chugach Consolidated Solutions, LLC. Period of Performance is for 95 calendar days. As indicated the attached and approved Justification for an exception to Fair Opportunity, the Government has identified that Chugach is capable of performing this urgent health and safety requirement.The contractor is familiar with current Government and Naval Base San Diego procedures and currently performing other work on the base. Services to be provided are to tenting a historic building for a serious termite infestation.
