PAINTING INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ), VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT COMMANDER FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA AND ATSUGI, JAPAN The work to be acquired under this IDIQ is painting construction services at various locations at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) and Atsugi, Japan. This contract includes, but is not limited to, repair or replacement work, removal and reinstallation work, ultra-high performance protective coating, and asbestos containing materials (ACM) abatement. Locations of work include U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Ikego Housing Area and Navy Annex, Azuma Storage Area (Hakozaki), Urago Storage Area, Nagai ULM4, Yokohama North Dock, Yokohama Cold Storage, Tsurumi POL Depot, New Sanno, U.S. Forces Center, U.S. Embassy, Tokyo, and the U.S. Atsug
