Description
The Lee County VA Healthcare Center requires the replacement of three (3) electric steam generators due to extensive internal corrosion that has compromised their structural and functional integrity. These steam generators are essential to the operation of the facility s sterile processing equipment. Continued use of the deteriorated equipment poses significant risk to the sterilization process and introduces the potential for critical disruption to patient care and surgical operations. EMERGENT timely replacement is necessary to mitigate risk to life safety, prevent operational downtime, and preserve compliance with VA health and safety standards.
