<p>Amendment 0003:</p> <p>1) Answers vendor-submitted questions</p> <p>2) Corrects error on ADM Building frequency chart. Floor care frequencies were previously omitted for the &quot;Single Occupancy Office Space&quot;.</p> <p>3) Adds a drawing of the ADM Building layout to the frequency chart</p> <p>4) Removes frequencies for the Garage and Storage Areas at the ADM Building. These areas do NOT require any janitorial service. This is a change from the Q&amp;A on Amendment 0002.</p> <p>5) Removes frequencies for &quot;Sidewalks/Grounds&quot; from both locations. These services will not be required.</p> <p></p> <p><em><strong>Please note that &ldquo;J-5 MVY Frequency Chart&rdquo; <u>has been updated as of this amendment</u>.
