Description
The Contractor shall provide a web-based program focused on countering foreign adversarial propaganda targeting Kazakh audiences at the U.S. Diplomatic Mission in Kazakhstan. The estimated value for the 12-month period of performance. The program must achieve the following objectives: Identify existing solutions and emerging technologies to pinpoint, analyze, and counter foreign information manipulation and interference. Strengthen cooperation and collaboration between diplomatic missions and interagency partners to address adversarial efforts undermining regional stability, security, and prosperity.
