The Contractor shall provide a web-based program focused on countering foreign adversarial propaganda targeting Kazakh audiences at the U.S. Diplomatic Mission in Kazakhstan. The estimated value for the 12-month period of performance. The program must achieve the following objectives: Identify existing solutions and emerging technologies to pinpoint, analyze, and counter foreign information manipulation and interference.
