The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Log Boom and Trash Rack Debris Removal (Crane), Hopkinton Lake, Hopkinton, NH. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor and equipment needed to remove debris from the log boom area and the trash rack at the Hopkinton Dam and transport the debris to a designated area approximately mile from the removal site. The project area is located on the Contoocook River in Hopkinton, NH. This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions f
