***Amendment 1: An optional site visit is scheduled for 9:00 AM (ET) on October 15, 2026, see Attachment 4 for details. Quote deadline is extended until 3:00 PM (ET) on October 22, 2026.*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 2031ZA27Q00001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Portable Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Services at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) DC Facility (DFC). Please see attached RFQ and attachments for full details. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS 541990.
