Description
This contract action was competed under the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus, (OASIS+) Unrestricted (Technical and Engineering domain) contract vehicle via GSA eBuy. The resulting award is a hybrid contract type consisting of Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Cost-Reimbursement (No Fee), and Labor-Hour (LH) line items.
