Description
The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Government has a continuing need for the support services while a Competition in Contracting Act (CICA) stay has been executed under a timely protest after award of 70CMSD25FR0000022. The current contract was issued a stop-work order, and the Government intends to issue an interim Task Order for continuity in services from award 70RDAD22FC0000123.
