The ITL has a requirement to purchase Overleaf Software. The ERDC intends to issue an award to Digital Science and Research Solutions INC., 625 Massachusetts Ave FL 2 Cambridge, Massachusetts 02139 3357, United States, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 6.
