Description
This contract action provides notification of issuance of a 5-year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract on a sole source basis to General Electric (GE), (CAGE 99207), Lynn, MA, 01905, for the procurement of parts, spares, and repairs in support of F/A-18E/F and EA-18G model aircraft used by the Department of the Navy (Navy). The Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
