Pre-solicitation Notice: On-Ramp for the Department of Defense OMNIBUS IV Multiple-Award Contract

Amendment 0002 to this pre-solicitation notice is to extend the anticipated posting timeframe of the solicitation to late May 2026. Department of Defense (DoD) recently began posting guidance to begin implementing the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul. While DoD issued guidance for most parts of the FAR, no guidance has been issued for certain parts that may affect this solicitation (including part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and part 16, Types of Contracts). Additional time is being granted to allow remaining guidance to be posted for the FAR Overhaul.
