Description
In compliance with FAR Subpart 12.202 (a) coupled with the provisions set forth by FAR Subpart 5.101(a)(1), this Notice is hereby published to inform of the following: The Chicago District intends to award a sole source contract to TOR INTELLIGENCE, LLC (UEI: FBC2UMLZKHE4). This requirement is for the following: The USACE Chicago District requires expert-level human factors analysis, safety analytics, psychological health program evaluation, and workforce data correlation services. The contractor shall: a. Analyze a minimum of five (5) years of USACE safety, accident, and human factors program data. b. Review and evaluate existing data sets and reporting systems, including the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS), Critical Command Incident Reports (CCIRs), Safety Incident Boards (SIBs)
