Performance Work statement (PWS) Switchboard Telephone Operators/ Police Dispatchers PART I - GENERAL A. BACKGROUND The Department of Veterans Affairs, Northport, NY VA Medical Center, is currently seeking a Firm Fixed Price contract for Switchboard Operation and Emergency Dispatch Services for the Northport, NY VAMC Campus. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision and other services necessary for the effective operation of all switchboard and dispatch activities at Northport VAMC. Contractor shall not be responsible for those items and services specifically identified as Government-furnished.
