The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston (JBC), SC is seeking capabilities packages from potential sources for planning purposes for the Repair Naval Reserve Training Facility B3370 at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. This project includes the renovation of the Naval Reserve Building 3370 that is used for reserve training 1-2 weekends per month with approximately 250 occupants per weekend. Daily occupancy is about 25 people on a normal usage, and the weekends have high occupancy. The project scope is to replace the HVAC equipment in attempts to eliminate the recent mold growth inside the facility and incidental related work.
