Description
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis (IAW FAR 13), with Smiths Detection located at 2202 Lakeside Blvd, Edgewood, MD, 21040, as the only responsible source that is capable of providing a customized service agreement for (24) Smiths Detection Lightweight Chemical Detectors (LCDs). Smiths Detection is the only acceptable vendor capable of providing a customized service agreement for the existing base of Smiths Detection LCDs used at the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP), Anniston, AL.
