Description
The United States Secret Service (USSS) awarded a Sole Source Contract to Rapiscan Systems for Rapiscan-Z Portal X-ray Inspection System. This notice is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. This notice is being issued for informational purpose only. The determination to sole source this requirement was made in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) and is at the sole discretion of the Government. The Sole Source Justification (SSJ) for this action is attached.
