The National Park Service (NPS) provides notice of the release of a Prospectus to solicit proposals for the award of a Concession Contract (No. CC-GLBA035-27) to provide kayak rental services within Glacier Bay National Park & Preserve. The effective date of the next Concession Contract is expected to be February 1, 2027. The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contract. The Prospectus will be available at the link below. Offerors' Site Visit The NPS will not host a site visit in association with this solicitation. Interested offerors are encouraged to visit Glacier Bay National Park to familiarize themselves with the area. Questions Due If you do not understand something in this Prospectus, you must submit your questions or comments via email to AKRO_Concessions@nps.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. Alaska Standard Time on October 21, 2026. The questions must be in a format that allows the NPS to copy them to Microsoft Word. Notice of Intent to Propose If you plan to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation, you must notify the Service via email at AKRO_Concessions@nps.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. Alaksa Standard Time on October 28, 2026. The NPS will not accept proposals from entities that do not provide notice on or before that date.
