Description
This is notification that a bridge contract was made IAW 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition to EFS EBREX Sarl (EFS) CAGE SH276 to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in Southern Europe/Northern Africa area of responsibility (AOR). The bridge contract is for a period of 425 days, effective October 15, 2026 through December 14, 2027, and the Justification is attached. All Terms and conditions of Subsistence Prime Vendor Contract SPE300-22-D4076 are hereby incorporated herein, and only supplemented by those terms and conditions included in this contract.
