B, Sample Subcontract & ACL. A video recording of our 10/8/26 pre-proposal conference is also attached hereto. All other terms and conditions of this RFP remain the same. ______________________________________________________________________ LBNL will host an optional pre-proposal conference on 10/8/26 at 9AM PST where our Technical Team will walk through the SOW and clarify any information. Attendance is optional and will not be evaluated negatively against any submitted proposal. The conference is intended to be recorded and publicized after it concludes.
