Description
Justification and Approval (J&A) for using other than full and open competition to extend the TAP 3.0 repair and sustainment contract with General Dynamics Land Systems. It authorizes up to a 12?month sole?source extension, citing the contractors unique capabilities and the risk of unacceptable delays if services lapse before the follow?on competitive TAP 4.0 contract is awarded.
