Description
The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA intends to negotiate a single award commercial Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) provisions under FAR Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items? in conjunction with FAR Part 15 “Contracting by Negotiation?. The contractor shall provide turnkey Anti-Terrorism/Navy Security Force (AT/NSF) training support for the Navy. Turnkey instructor training services requires the contracted source to provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the courses.
