Description
USS HIGGINS (DDG 76): NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (NAVSUP FLCY) has a new requirement in support of the USS HIGGINS (DDG 76). The repair and maintenance package of work items are included as Task Group Instruction (TGI) provided in Section J of the solicitation. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 29-JUN-2026 through 8-FEB-2027 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Government Facility Offerors must provide all information required by this solicitation no later than 13 April 2026 at 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST) MASTER AGREEMENT FOR THE REPAIR AND ALTERATION OF VESSELS (MARAV): In the event the successful offeror possesses an active Master Agreement for Repair and Alteration of Vessels (MARAV) with the U.S. Navy in the form of either a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or an Agreement for Boat Repair
