This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A proposal is being requested from only one source. Request for Proposal (RFP) N5523626R0013 is issued as a sole source procurement. The subject solicitation is being processed in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. The Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source, Fairbanks Morse Defense (referred to herein as FMD) for the parts listed on the Product Description (Attachment J-1), under the authority of RFO FAR 12.102 on a sole source basis.
