Varian Linear Accelerator System Repair and Maintenance Services for TAMC, HI

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office Pacific (MRCO-P) at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii has awarded a sole source contract to Varian Medical Systems (VMS) for maintenance and repair of the Varian Linear Accelerator System, including Aria and Eclipse software, at TAMC. Period of performance is 01 April 2025 through 31 March 2026 (base), four (4) one-year options, and FAR 52.217-8. The contractor is required to provide maintenance and repair services for Government owned Varian Linear Accelerator System, Eclipse Treatment Planning System, and ARIA Oncology Information System, to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and/or maintain the Government owned equipment, in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)
