INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single firm-fixed-price contract for the design-bid-build EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades construction project at the Brooklyn VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Brooklyn VAMC is seeking a general contractor to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades as required by drawings and specifications.
