Description
Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment and labor necessary for completion of the general construction project to renovate the Dialysis Clinic at the Iowa City VA Health Care System, IAW the construction documents. This project will start with renovation work to prepare a temporary dialysis clinic. After the temporary clinic is prepared and operational, the Contractor shall renovate 5,000 SF of the existing dialysis clinic. All work shall be performed IAW the solicitation/contract terms and conditions, specifications and drawings, and all applicable VA, Federal, State and local codes. This solicitation is issued in accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Healthcare Information and Technology Act of 2006, Sections 502 and 503, as a set-aside for Service D
