THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE PROJECT OVERVIEW PURPOSE: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) is looking to hire a contractor to perform the required work to install an ADA Compliant sidewalk/crosswalk per the Statement of Work.
