PRESOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 1/30/2026. PROJECT OVERVIEW PURPOSE: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) is looking to hire a contractor to execute improvements to roads, parking lots, and entrances at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System Temple Campus under Project 674-20-109, titled Improve Roads and Entrances. The goal is to enhance site circulation and accommodate increased traffic volumes through targeted repair, replacement, and installation of new pavement infrastructure in accordance with all applicable drawings, specifications, and contract documents. This project will be conducted within the buildings previously mentioned, at Olin E. Teague Veterans Medical Center at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive
