The HUBZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone) program helps small businesses in designated areas gain access to federal contracting. Requirements include principal office in a HUBZone, 35% of employees residing in HUBZones, and SBA certification. HUBZone contracts have a 10% price evaluation preference.
