Definition

An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract establishes pricing and terms for ordering goods or services over time. The government commits to a minimum order but can order up to a maximum ceiling value. Actual work is ordered through task orders, which may also be competed among IDIQ holders.
