Project Description: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for channel enlargement of 15-Mile Bayou Item No. 3 from centerline station 1144+35 to1350+00, in Crittenden County, Arkansas. Base bid consists of work between centerline station 1144+35 and 1238+80. Option 1 consists of work between centerline station 1240+30 and 1343+30. Option 2 consists of work between centerline station 1343+30 and 1350+00. The enlargement consists of clearing, grubbing, snagging, disposal of debris, excavation of the channel to the specified lines and grades, excavated material placement, riprap and filter material placement, culvert trimming and removal, scraping of topsoil, establishment of turf, and erosion control according to the specifications and plans, and any incidental rela
