The US Army Contracting Command ? New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny, New Jersey 07806-5000, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems, intends to issue a non-competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for the storage, material handling, maintenance, inspections and transportation of 155mm artillery ammunition to and from Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Arizona.
