155mm M795 Metal Parts Artillery Assembly Ceiling Increase Justification and Approval

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS) both located at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey awarded a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) modification for the manufacture, test, packaging, and delivery of 155mm M795 Metal Parts Assembly. Modification P00022 was awarded under the current contract W15QKN-19-D-0084 with General Dynamics OTS (Wilkes Barre), LLC, 1500 Highway 315 Blvd, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702-7005 to increase the contract ceiling by $15,000,000.00 from $891,165,000.00 to $906,165,000.00.
