161 Recruiting Light Rail Advertising This IS NOT a solicitation. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The 161st ARW Arizona Air National Guard, 3200E Old Tower Rd Phoenix, AZ 85034 has a requirement to provide transit advertising for the Goldwater ANG Base/161ARW, AZANG. The government will provide the design. The contractor shall provide; a minimum of three (3) different full train wrap ads (six (6) total wrap ads), a minimum of one (1) center section train wrap ad (two (2) total ads), and a minimum of three (3) platform kiosk ads located at stations 17 (Central Ave N/O Van Buren St), 18 (1st Ave N/O Van Buren St), an
