The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase/delivery order to: Bruker Scientific, LLC, 40 Manning Road, Billerica, MA 01821. NACIS Code 811219. The authority for this sole source procurement is FAR part 13.103-1 (SAP). The contractor shall, provide yearly maintence service for the LabScape Complete MALDI BioTyper.
