The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, supervision and all food and related supplies required to operate a Juice Bar cafe within the Fitness Center. Approximately 1,200 personnel utilize the Fitness Center daily. The contractor must prepare and serve a diverse menu to include specialty Sports Drinks, 100% fruit juices, smoothies (fresh/frozen fruit and/or vegetable) and other assorted healthy beverages to include protein shakes, fat burning shakes, weight loss shakes, and healthy menu items to include sandwiches, wraps, paninis, breakfast items and salads to authorized patrons (all personnel with base access) for consumption on the premises or for take away.
