2026 Independence Day Food and Beverages Service

The U.S. Embassy Georgetown requires a contractor to provide food and beverage catering services for the 2026 Independence Day Celebration, to be held on July 2, 2026, at the Four Points by Sheraton Georgetown. The event will serve approximately 500 guests. The contractor shall provide cocktail-style food service consisting of six (6) bite-sized pieces per person (five savory, one sweet), suitable for standing service, and all required beverage service (including bar stations for Embassy-donated beer, wine, soft drinks, and water). The contractor will provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, glassware, utensils, and supplies necessary for setup, service, and breakdown.
